User Tutorial — Including Multi-Role Configuration
- Open GhostCut and click on Video Translation Pro Version.
- Upload your video, select the original language, and the target language for translation. This function uses Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) to extract text from the video.
- Important: Ensure the human voice in the video is clear and free from background music interference (especially music with human voices). Avoid uploading videos without sound.
- Choose Intelligent Character Recognition, and the system will automatically identify different voice characters in the video.
- If you have already calibrated subtitle files, you can directly upload the original or translated subtitles.
3. Upload your video and select your languages.
4. Enter the video draft and wait for the subtitle extraction to complete. This usually takes between 30 seconds and 2 minutes.
5. Enter the editing and calibration page. You can calibrate subtitles, add or delete subtitles, adjust time ranges, select voices, configure background music, and erase elements.
6. Adjust the length of the subtitle display by clicking on the timeline. Also you can Add, delete, and adjust the display time of subtitles in the subtitle area.
7. Click “Edit roles” to modify the role names for different roles (Role0, Role1, etc.) in batches. You can also create new characters/roles. After configuring the roles, you can choose different dubbing voice for each character in the dubbing interface.
8. Click on “Music” to delete or keep the original background music. You can add new background music after deleting the original one.
9. Tap “Dubbing” and choose between no dubbing, using AI dubbing, or using Elevenlabs hyper-realistic sound for dubbing. Clone Sound is coming soon.
10. Click on “De-Text Configuration” and select “Smart Text Removal”. This option has the same effect as the “De Text” function. You can also set the erase area first, which allows you to erase only text or any object within the target area. The selected option below erases all objects.
11. Review all settings and submit for processing. Manual translation deduction is consistent with other video translations. If extracted to the draft box first, there is no other processing required. This is equivalent to video voice translation (with subtitles, without voice deduction).
12. View your submitted work in the work list. You can directly download it, publish it to TikTok, or adjust it further.
